What to write in about

• A correction
  If something on a page is wrong, out of date, or unclear, this is the most useful email you can send us. Include the page address and what you believe the right answer is. School policies, grade cutoffs and detection tools all change, and readers spot it before we do.
• A question we haven’t answered
  If you searched for something and our page didn’t cover it, tell us what you were actually trying to find out. Gaps reported by readers regularly turn into new pages.
• Your comment or data
  To have a comment removed, or to ask what information we hold about you, email us and we’ll handle it. The details are in our privacy policy.
• Press, permissions and licensing
  Quoting or citing PriorityLearn is welcome — a link back is appreciated. For anything more substantial, ask first.
• Advertising and partnerships
  PriorityLearn is an independent, reader-facing reference site. We’re happy to hear from advertising partners. We don’t accept paid guest posts, sponsored links, or link insertions into existing articles.

How we handle corrections

We treat a correction as a bug report. When one comes in, we check the claim against the primary source — the tool vendor’s own documentation, the institution’s published policy, or official statistics — rather than against other websites. If we got it wrong, we fix the page and, where the change is material, note what changed.

What we can’t help with

We explain how school systems, rules and software generally work. We can’t tell you what your specific school, district or instructor will do, we can’t intervene in an academic-integrity case or a grade dispute, and nothing on PriorityLearn is legal advice. For those, your institution’s published policy and its named contact are the right route — and our pages point you at where to find them.
